Kids Quest Sports, Science and Service
Kids Quest is a Bible-centered program for children Kindergarten-Grade 5, that focuses on learning God’s Word in a fun atmosphere! Each week will rotate between themes: Sports, Science, and Service (with the 4th Sunday off). Kids Quest meets Sundays at 5:00-6:45pm in the main building. Program begins October 4. Register Online, Cost is $40 per child, Family Max is $80.
RYM (Redland Youth Ministry) Fuel
Fuel (for youth Grades 6-12) is packed with fun activities and games, a fantastic dinner, great worship, and biblically-based lessons that meet students where they are with an emphasis on small groups and encourages the development of spiritual habits. Fuel meets on Sundays from 5:00-7:00pm in the Barn. Program begins September 13. Register Online, it’s free to sign up! The only charge is for meals, which are only $5, and we even lower the cost for those if you pre-pay online!
Kids for Praise Children’s Choirs and Grace Notes Children’s Handbells
Kids for Praise Choir is for children Age 4 through Grade 5 and Grace Notes Handbells is for children Grades 3 through 5. Kids for Praise is a creative evening filled with singing and movement, and includes drumming and drama opportunities. At Grace Notes the children learn to play beautiful English handbells. No experience necessary! These groups meet weekly on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm. Both groups have performance opportunities throughout the year. Program begins September 9. Waves of Grace Youth Choir and Handbells
Waves of Grace is Redland's youth music ministry that gives teens Grades 6-12 an awesome opportunity to minister to RBC and our community through musical praise and worship through singing and handbell ringing. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays: Vocal Choir at 6:30-7:30pm in the choir room and Handbells at 7:30-8:30pm in the Chapel. Waves of Grace leads in worship services about 4-5 times during the year and gives an annual concert the first Sunday in May. All are welcome, no matter how much or little musical experience you have!! Program begins September 9. Register Online, there is no cost to participate.
Preschool Rumpus @ROC
Rumpus at the ROC is a playtime for pre-school age children and their moms, dads, and caregivers. Playtime is in the ROC gym - filled with balls, play tents, a bounce house, and more! Or we meet on the playground in nice weather. Rumpus meets Thursdays at 10:00-11:30am. Program begins September 10. Register Online, there is no cost to participate.
HOPE (Homeschool Outreach Physical Education) @ROC
HOPE (Homeschool Outreach Physical Education) at the ROC is for elementary and middle school-aged children and their families to help meet their homeschool PE requirement. This program will feature open gym time, printed curriculum, special guest instructors, and lots of fun! HOPE at the ROC meets on the first and third Wednesday monthly at 9:00-10:30am in the ROC gym or outside (in nice weather). Program begins September 2. Register Online, there is no cost to participate, except an occasional material fee for special classes that may be offered.
Tang Soo Do Martial Arts
Tang Soo Do is a Korean Martial Art that focuses on the betterment of mind and body, and strives to make one a better person both physically, mentally, and spiritually. Redland offers classes in two semesters per year (September - February and March - August) on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00-7:15pm to those ages 10 and up (7-10 with an adult present). Program begins September 3. Online Registration is required, $80 New Student Fee.
Upward Sports Basketball and Cheer
Upward Sports Basketball and Cheerleading program for Kindergarten through 8th Grade boys and girls is a Christian sports league that helps kids discover and build athletic skills, values, self-confidence, and a life-long love of the game. All participants are evaluated and spread out evenly across teams, providing well-matched games to play and watch. Practices are held Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday evenings with games on Thursday or Friday nights, or Saturdays. Online Registration is required and opens September 1, Cost per child varies by age level.
