Amani ya Juu (“higher peace” in Swahili) is a non-profit sewing and training program for marginalized women in Africa. Women at Amani are learning to work together through faith in God who provides a peace that transcends all cultural and ethnic differences.
It is our privilege to partner with our African sisters to host our 7th annual sale of Amani ya Juu products in the ROC Foyer on Saturday, November 10, 9am-5pm and Sunday, November 11, 1-4pm. Handcrafted items include: bags, jewelry, kitchen and home décor, Christmas items and more in a wide range of prices. Start your Christmas shopping early and support the wonderful women of Amani!
