Summer Adult Exercise Time
Aug 23 @ 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm

Adult (18 and older) Exercise Time is for members and the community. This is not for organized sport, but personal exercise: treadmill, recumbent bike, weights, resistance, walking, possibly video-based workouts.

During the summer, hours change to 12:30-2pm.

Tang Soo Do Martial Arts
Aug 26 @ 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm

Get in shape, learn to defend yourself, increase concentration, gain self-control, a better understanding of your body and your Creator.  Weekly classes held Mondays for ages 10 and up (7-10 with an adult present). Registration for classes required.

During Upward Season (November-March), class will be held in the Chapel.

Join us on Tuesdays nights for a non-league, casual night of volleyball for adults 18 and over and teens accompanied by an adult.

During Upward Sports Season (December-March), time changes.
